We only use tracked delivery options so you are always kept informed of the progress of your delivery.
Our primary shipping provider is Royal Mail and this allows us to ship to any address in the UK (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales). We don’t currently offer shipping outside the UK via our website - however please contact us if you’re interested in this and we may be able to provide a custom quote. We hope to offer this via our website in the future.
All orders placed before 3pm on a business day (Mon-Fri) should be dispatched the same day and should meet the lower of the delivery aims for the chosen service. Orders placed after 3pm should be dispatched on the next business day. If there are any exceptions for your order we will contact you using the details you provided on the checkout page.
We value your order and ship everything using Royal Mail Tracked services. We have two delivery options to choose from Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48. These provide different delivery aims as noted below. Both provide tracking, pre-delivery options and SMS/email notifications as you order moves through their network.
We also offer free shipping over £25 and this is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

During peak mail times, such as holiday periods these delivery aims may not be met.
Shipments to Northern Ireland
We are monitoring guidance issued by the UK Government regarding shipments to Northern Ireland. Until 31st March 2021 we will continue to ship orders as normal. It is uncertain what will happen after this date. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
